MES_360 Lite – Your introduction to Industry 4.0

Increasing transparency and visibility of Satisloh´s equipment performance is one of the key levers to optimizing lens manufacturing production and reducing costs. The new MES-360 Lite which comes pre-installed with every Satisloh Lab 4.0 ready machine, provides daily reports using pre-established KPI´s to track machine utilization, production throughput, and top 5 errors.
MES-360 Lite needs minimal maintenance (Windows OS updates), and only requires basic computer skills. The system allows up to 50 machine connections. MES-360 Lite can be upgraded to the full version of MES-360 at any time or add individual modules as manufacturing requirements change.
