Xavier Maillard is the new Head of Region EMEA & India at Satisloh

Machine manufacturer Satisloh announced a leadership change in the region EMEA and India. Pascal Elsener, former Head of Region EMEA & India, is leaving the company and is succeeded by Xavier Maillard, the new responsible for the region.

“It is with mixed emotions that we bid farewell to Pascal Elsener, Head of Region EMEA & India, who has decided to explore new horizons outside of Satisloh. We would like to sincerely thank Pascal for his dedication and outstanding contributions to our company over the past 10 years and wish him every success in his future endeavors”, announced Bruno Fischer, President and CEO of the Satisloh Group.

Xavier Maillard

Xavier Maillard is Pascal’s successor in the role of Head of Region for EMEA & India, effective since April 1, 2024. With a mechanical engineering background and 25 years of experience in supply chain and sales management roles in the ophthalmic industry in Germany, France, and Switzerland, Xavier brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new position.
His journey with Satisloh began in 2009 within the EMEA Sales organization, managing different sales areas and key accounts. Xavier has also been a driving force in building Satisloh´s CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) business, leading the global activities since 2017. In 2020, Xavier was appointed Territory Director and since 2023, he holds the position of Deputy Head of Region in charge of Equipment.  

“With his technical background, sales expertise and deep insights into the market, Xavier is uniquely qualified to lead the regional Satisloh team and support our valued customers. In his new capacity, Xavier will report directly to me and join Satisloh’s Executive Team, where his insights and leadership are expected to continue driving the company’s growth and innovation strategies” described Bruno Fischer.
