Quantum Innovations inks strategic partnership with Optimal Technologies
Quantum Innovations, Inc. has completed a five-year agreement with UK-based Optimal Technologies last November. Optimal Technologies, best known for its ophthalmic hard coating and cleaning equipment, identified Quantum Innovations as the best solution for expanding its footprint in North and South America while maintaining its reputation for excellence in customer service.
“After evaluating the playing field and assessing which companies would be the perfect brand fit for Optimal, there was only one clear answer,” said Dean Thompson, Optimal Managing Director. “Quantum Innovations not only has the technical expertise to support our customers in the Americas, but they fit so naturally with the Optimal culture, it was a wonder that we didn’t join forces years ago.”
The immediate objective of the partnership is to provide 24-hour boots-on-the-ground service and support for all current and future customers, both within and outside the ophthalmic industry.
