Horizons Optical appoints Lara Olivias as Chief Marketing Officer
Horizons Optical has appointed Lara Olivas as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This strategic appointment reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its international presence and delivering cutting-edge solutions for the optical industry.
A proven track record in global marketing
With more than 15 years of experience in marketing and trade marketing, Lara Olivas brings a solid international background across industries such as optical, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods, having developed her career in Spain, Mexico, and the Philippines.
Before joining Horizons Optical, she served as Marketing Manager for Iberia at EssilorLuxottica, where she led the strategy and execution of iconic brands such as Varilux, managed a business of over €50 million, and directed multidisciplinary teams. Previously, she held senior roles at Bayer Mexico, driving the digitalization and growth of the women’s health portfolio, and at leading consumer goods companies such as Colgate-Palmolive and Coca-Cola, where she gained a strategic vision of both the consumer and the point of sale.
