Global gathering at Lensware: people, progress, and powerful new tools

This last summer the traditional yearly Lensware convention took place at the headquarters in Langen, Germany, welcoming all its consultants, arriving from all continents.

This event was the opportunity to welcome five new employees, hired to accompany the continuous growth of the company and projects at its lab partners. Their already proven engagement will strengthen the Lensware organization in the different areas of administration, development, and consulting.

Aside from enjoying the time spent with the colleagues, the main purpose was to introduce brand-new functionalities and technology, bringing the highest efficiency and integration, not only in lens processing but also in the complete lab management business.
A milestone of new solutions is undoubtedly the web ordering platform, which allows opticians, among many other functionalities, to place orders for all lenses, track orders in real time at the lab, calculate thicknesses with shapes, and visualize the real results in 3D! Additionally, it is now also possible to order any product a lab could sell to its customers and display the purchase price.

A final trip to a recreation area, hiking all together, finalized the 2025 Lensware Convention.
