Coburn Technologies announce strategic partnership with VeroCore Business Solutions for the UK and Western Europe

Coburn Technologies announced a new strategic partnership with VeroCore Business Solutions Ltd. for the sale and distribution of its products in the United Kingdom and Western European markets.

Under this agreement, effective today, June 29, 2026, VeroCore Business Solutions will distribute Coburn’s consumables and coatings in the UK and Western European markets, with inventory centrally stocked in the UK. VeroCore will also represent Coburn’s surfacing equipment lines. Coburn will continue the direct sale of spare parts and provide local field service and technical support in those markets. Following this transition, David Short, Coburn Technologies’ European Commercial Manager, will move into full retirement from Coburn Technologies as of July 31, 2026.

VeroCore Business Solutions brings extensive experience in supply chain management and partners with a carefully selected network of respected manufacturers specializing in high-quality equipment and chemical solutions for the ophthalmic industry. This partnership ensures continued access to premium products backed by reliable service and support.

According to Coburn Technologies customers can expect: Uninterrupted supply: Customers will continue to experience consistent product availability with no disruption to service. Fulfillment of existing orders: All existing orders and contractual agreements will continue to be honored and fulfilled by Coburn Technologies. New orders transition: Beginning Monday, June 29, 2026, all new orders for consumables and coating should be directed to VeroCore Business Solutions. New orders for spare parts and requests for field service or technical support should continue to be directed to Coburn Technologies.
